Schoolgirls in the Roman Theatre

The Roman Theatre is centrally located in Amman.  It was built in the time of Antenios Pius, who reigned from 138 to 161 CE.  It is large enough to seat over 5000 spectators.  Two groups of visiting Jordanian high school girls are having a great time visiting the Theatre when we were there.

Three girls from on school were sitting up high with three of their teachers.

A group from another high school are enjoying their day.

This girl is perched on top of a short column.
